Warren Munson, Director of Dorset based accountancy firm Inspire, is on a roll. Following on from his own Motivation Review last year, which saw his personal management and performance skills go under the microscope, Inspire have now completed a Motivation Review for the 25-strong team.

Developing the workforce is something Warren really understands thanks to the help of Alan Adair at Extra Dimension.  Inspire is now set upon a path of employee engagement and retention that is second to none.  Warren says “I decided to do a Motivation Review with everyone within Inspire simply because everyone matters.  My own personal review taught me that understanding what makes you tick is key to achieving maximum performance, so for a team to be able to share this information with each other could only be a plus.  With Alan Adair’s support, the process has directed us towards some key changes and improvements at Inspire – definitely improving our processes, performance and profit.”

In the short time since the review, Warren tells of the team’s more positive and proactive attitude, with improved communication and team working.  These improvements have lead to the provision of better customer service and a real sense of understanding among the team.  Warren adds “it’s really great to know that my employees are confident in their roles and happy at Inspire.  My management team have far greater insight into how to maintain and increase current levels of motivation, and hence performance.  Everybody wins.”
