<p>Warren Munson, Director of Dorset based accountancy firm Inspire, is dedicated to the growth of his business through the training and development on his team based in Poole. Following on from his own Motivation Review back in 2010, Inspire completed Motivation Reviews for the 33-strong team which highlighted that Inspire was ready to implement a larger leadership team. With that decision, came great opportunity for the bright sparks within Warren’s business.</p>
<p>In the last half of 2011, two of Inspire’s top qualified accountants became Assistant Managers. These were new roles created to help Warren manage the workforce effectively and ensure all staff members had the support and direct leadership they need. Mark Daniels and Cheryl Davis, now with a team of 15 between them.
