Free Management Development available NOW thanks to Train to Gain Leadership and Management Grants

Directors, Owners and Senior Managers of SMEs can now receive funding through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service (LMAS) of Train To Gain.

How do I receive my funding?

If you’re a private sector business between 5 to 249 employees you are eligible for funding for any training activity which develops your leadership capabilities.

Voluntary sector organisations and charities are also eligible.

The only organisations excluded from the current scheme are public sector organisations or any business in receipt of Leadership and Management funding since April 2006.

How much funding am I entitled to?

Owners or Senior Managers who qualify are entitled to a £500 grant towards any training solution which develops their leadership capabilities.

A further £500 is available on a matched-funding basis, giving you a £1500 training budget for only £500.
