Alan Adair established Extra Dimension in 2006.

Prior to that he spent more than 20 years building, leading and developing teams in large corporates.  He gained a reputation for mobilising resources to resolve difficult issues and putting frameworks around new ideas so they could be implemented effectively.

Today Alan uses that breadth of experience to develop your leaders, either through executive coaching or by helping them to improve their results using motivation reviews.  He also delivers training and speaks for organisations such as the CIPD, Business Link and other local networking groups.

With an ethos for continuous improvement and learning, Alan’s qualifications and associations include

In his ’spare’ time, Alan

• supports the Young Enterprise company programme with an MD’s Masterclass
• is the Secretary of a local networking group
• coaches the U15/U17 Dorset Badminton squads
• occasionally gets home to see his family!
